8-HOUR TOUR



This tour can start any time between 6 am and 1 pm.

Minimum stopover time between flights – 11 hours

Number of participants – 1 to 6

Cost – 350 Euro per tour plus the cost of the Ocean Park tickets for each of the participants (around 50 Euro for adults and 25 Euro for children aged 3-11 children under 3 can enter Ocean Park free of charge).


This tour has a flexible itinerary. Our suggestion is to spend around 3 hours in Ocean Park, 2 hours in Stanley Market and 1 hour relaxing on one of the south side’s beaches (Stanley Main Beach, Repulse Bay Beach, Shek O Beach or Big Wave Beach).



LANTAU ISLAND

Travel together to Mui Wo by taxi (30 minutes). • Stroll around Mui Wo and along the Silvermine Beach (1 hour)*. • Hike from Mui Wo and Discovery Bay through Lo Fu Tau (Tiger Head) (up to 4 hours)*. • Relax on the Discovery Bay Beach or in one of many DB’s restaurants and pubs. Parents with children might like to visit EpicLand indoor gym (2 hours)*. • Return to the airport by taxi or Airport Bus (30 minutes).


* The itinerary of the 6-hour tour does not include sightseeing in Mui Wo and the time in Discovery Bay is shorten by one hour.



HONG KONG DISNEYLAND

Minimum stopover time between flights – 7 hours

Cost – depending on tour's length – 200, 250 or 300 Euro per tour plus the price of the Disneyland tickets and meals for each of the participant.


• Meet your guide in the airport, drive together to Disneyland (30 minutes). • Walk to the main gate and buy your tickets (if not pre-booked) (30 minutes). • Enjoy visit in Disneyland. Our guide will help to lead you to most attractive locations and shows • Walk to Disneyland Hotel for lunch or dinner in Enchanted Garden Restaurant or in another restaurant in Disneyland Resort* • Return to the airport (30 minutes).


* Disneyland Hotel lunch or dinner can only be arranged for 6 and 8-hour tours.


OCEAN PARK

These tours can last between 6 and 8 hours. Ocean Park usually opens from 10 am to 6 pm.

• Meet your guide in the airport, take a ride to Ocean Park located on Hong Kong Island’s south side (around 1 hour 30 minutes). • Buy Ocean Park tickets at the gate if not pre-booked in advance and visit the park (3-5 hours). Our guide will lead you to the most popular attractions of the park, such as: The Grand Aquarium, Cable Car ride, Ocean Theatre’s dolphins and sea lions show, See Jelly Spectacular, South Pole Spectacular, Shark Mystique, Panda’s enclosure and variety of theme park rides. • Allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for return trip back to the airport.

Do I need a visa to enter Hong Kong?


Nationals of about 170 countries and territories may visit Hong Kong visa-free for a period ranging from 7 to 180 days. Click here to check whether you need a visa or entry permit to visit Hong Kong.


How much time between my flights do I need to join the tour?



Our sightseeing itineraries are designed for passengers with a minimum 7 hours stopover time, who will be in Hong Kong between 6 am and midnight. Unless agreed otherwise, our guide will meet you in the arrival hall of the airport, one hour after the actual landing of your plane and will bring you back to the departure hall around two hours before scheduled departure of your connecting flight. Therefore, your guided tour should last 3 hours less than your stopover time. We currently offer 4-hour tours, 6-hour tours and 8-hour tours. Each tour can be extended by one hour with no extra charge.



What happens if my incoming flight is delayed?



If your incoming flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, your tour will be automatically cancelled, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit. The tour guide will NOT be waiting for you in the airport, so please stay inside the restricted zone. If you do not want to cancel, please contact us BEFORE the departure of your delayed flight by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp message. We will then try to arrange a shorter tour and will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Please note that your stopover time should still be at least 7 hours long.



Can I make last minute changes to the tour itinerary?



At any time, tour participants can suggest itinerary changes. Sightseeing time can also be increased, free of charge, by up to one hour, provided that the traffic conditions on the way back to the airport are likely to be good and all participants have already checked in their bags and received boarding passes for their connecting flights. Any further extensions of the tour length (for example in case of expected delay of the connecting flight) can be discussed and agreed directly with the guide.



How many participants can join each tour?



Most of our tours use 8-seater van as a mode of transport. However, in order to ensure comfortable ride for everyone, we usually accept maximum of 6 participants carrying only light hand luggage. Any larger pieces should be checked in in advance or left in the short-term baggage storage facility located in the non-restricted area on Level 5 of Terminal 1.



Can passengers with disabilities join?



We will be happy to accommodate visitors with special needs. Please let us know in advance how we can help to make your sightseeing in Hong Kong most enjoyable.



What are the arrangements in case of adverse weather conditions?


Hong Kong is not a stranger to rainy weather and in most of the cases rain will not seriously affect our sightseeing activities. However, for safety reasons our tours will be cancelled or suspended in case Hong Kong Weather Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal 8 or above. Full or partial refund will be granted accordingly. In case the hot weather warning is hoisted, the tour itinerary may have to be adjusted to include more indoor activities.


How do I book the tour?

Please let us know your flight schedule, number of visitors and (optionally) their age and special requirements. We will reply within 24 hours also by e-mail. How do I pay for the tour?



We accept payments in HKD, EURO, USD, GBP, AUD and PLN. We will charge 100 EURO (or equivalent) to confirm the booking. The remaining balance should be paid by cash or bank transfer once the tour has been completed.



What is included in the tour price?



The tour price only includes the fee of a local guide and the cost of transport around the city. Unless specifically stated otherwise, food, entry tickets to museums and tourist attractions such as Disneyland or Ocean Park etc., are not included and need to be paid separately by the tour participants. Upon request we can provide quotations for all-inclusive tours.



WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?



We offer full refund of the deposit when the tour is cancelled at least 7 days in advance. We will also fully refund the deposit paid for tours cancelled due to the late arrival of the incoming flight (provided it arrives over 2 hours late) or adverse weather conditions (black weather storm warning or typhoon signal 8 or above issued by Hong Kong Weather Observatory).


Do you have any incentive offers for returning customers?



We treat our returning customers as old friends. If you come back to us for another stopover in Hong Kong, whenever possible, we will try to arrange the same person to show you around. Returning customers do not need to pay the deposit fee, therefore in case their travel plans change, they can cancel pre-booked tours any time, free of charge.
